"Hi! This is Ginny with Simply Beautiful Crafts on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to make a Ribbon and Roses Floral Wreath. This is the kind of wreath that you can make to match a décor and leave up year around. It does not have to be seasonal. First you want to choose your colors and obviously I chose this color and find your floral pieces that you want, you can use these kind of roses or these kind of paper roses or whatever flower you would like. For this very elegant wreath, I used a very wonderful wired ribbon. I happened to find this in with a Christmas ribbon, but obviously it is not just a Christmas ribbon. When you have a wired ribbon, it is easy to fold it and then as you put it on your wreath you want to come from behind, put your ribbon through, pull it forward as far as you want it and then you might want to leave a little bit of a puff so you can just simply hold it with your thumb as you place the ribbon through to the other side again. That will give enough left that you can puff it up afterwards. So you continue putting it through all the way around until you have come to the end where you started, straighten it out to make sure that you can get your puff just the way you want it. When you have gotten all the way through your wreath, you are going to want to secure the ribbon in the back. When you have a ribbon that is wider than your wreath, you may have to do a bit of pleating and folding. You are going to lay a bead of hot glue right there in your seam, press it down and hold it until it is cool and then clip off the end and do the same thing on the other side. Once you have done that, you want to place your roses on your wreath. I just simply took this little bundle of roses and clipped them off and placed them around until I was happy with where they were and once you have done that and played with it, designed it the way you want, simply take your hot glue, put it on the back of your ribbon, put it in the hole where you want it or stick it on the pretzel wherever you want it and it is sealed. Now you could also continue on with smaller roses. You can make it as full or as sparse that you care for it to be. When I was finished with that, I decided that I wanted to make a multiple looped bow to put on the bottom and I do have a segment on making multiple loop bows. Then I used this fancy gold braid to make a hanger for it and put it on the back and when you are finished with that, it is ready to hang because you have used hot glue. So that is how I made this very elegant Roses and Ribbon Wall Hanging."
