"Hi! This is Ginny with Simply Beautiful Crafts on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to make a religious Easter Wreath. Before I got started with this wreath, I took my little wooden cross and I painted it and let it dry and then I have that ready and for embellishments I found in the scrap booking section, some metal pieces with different sayings on them, so I really thought those would work well and these also were part of that scrap booking package. Before you begin making a wreath, you want to weave your ribbon through it. I used a fairly wide ribbon for this one. You want to come from behind, bring your ribbon through and then go back through again and when you have a wide thick ribbon and you want to leave a little bit of puffiness in it and just pull it through to a certain point and then it is okay to just kind of smash it and then put your ribbon through again, keep going all the way around your ribbon getting it just the way you like it and when you come to the end on the back side, you are going to secure that ribbon. Once you are done with that, you can work with it, play with it, and use whatever you need to make it exactly the way you want it to be. When you have gotten to the back side, you want to take your hot glue and lay a little bead in here and then if you do have a ribbon that is wide you want to kind of pleat it and hold it down until it is cool and it is secured. Then you are going to want to do that with the other side of the ribbon too. Once you have that on there, you are going to decide how you want to embellish it. I like to have kind of a 3D effect, so I like to have things come from behind, so on this one I put the wooden cross inside and secured it on the pretzel from the back, so that it would come through like this. Take your hot glue and put it on there and then also on the top up here and on the side and those three areas, so that your cross is very well secured. Because lily of the valley were significant, I found some lily of the valley; I clipped them off and glued them into the holes of the pretzel at the bottom. Then I took my metal findings, put them around where I was comfortable with them and glued them on. The last thing I did was to cut this ribbon making it half as wide and then made a bow out of that ribbon and left these pieces to hang and the very last thing you want to do is to make some kind of a hanger, so that you can hang your Easter Wreath on the wall."
