"Hi! This is Ginny with Expert Village and we are going to make an Easter Bunny jellybean wreath today. In order to make this wreath, before you put any of the embellishments on it, you want to put your jellybeans. What I did was to take jellybeans, take just a regular kitchen scissors, cut my jelly beans in half, reshape them and they come out pointy looking and you do not want that and then take your glue, It works best if you use your Elmer’s or your white glue as opposed to a hot glue and put them around on your pretzel ring the way that you want them. I made sure that I left these openings so that I can put ribbon through it. What is nice about jelly beans as that they are slightly sticky, so you can kind of secure them for briefly where you want them. Once you have what you want it as far as the colors and the designs and the spacing, you can go ahead and take your glue, put it on there and secure it. You are going to want to hold it for a long enough that the glue is secure because they are heavy and they will slide off. Once the glue has completely dried, you want to seal your entire wreath including the candy. I did mine in varnish, you can use polyurethane or shellack, but you want to make sure that all of the food is covered. Once it is done and dry then you are ready to embellish it. You can use plain ribbon, which is what I did here. I thought the yellow just looks so springy but you can also find special ribbons. This one has little Easter eggs all around it; that would have been very delightful too. When you put ribbon through your wreath, you want to start at the back, behind a joint and come up through and weave it in and out all the way around your wreath. If you have a ribbon that is different on one side from the other and you want that side to show, you just need to make sure that that side is always up. Once you have gone all the way around your wreath, you will want to secure your ribbon behind. It is very simple to do; take your hot glue, draw a bead of hot glue and secure it, do that to the other side and then you are ready to put on. This was a little jointed Easter Bunny and this one happens to be a pin, he would go in there just as easily and this was a stamp or a sticker rather from the stamping and sticker section of the craft store. Then when I was completely finished, I made a simple one loop bow and put it on the bottom and then you need to make some kind of a hanger and secure it at that top and as soon as your hot glue is cool, your jellybean Easter Bunny Wreath is ready to go, but not to be eaten."
