"Hello, my name is Denise Robinson, and I'm a set designer for television and film. And, I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment, I'm going to show you how to make the small shaker using the African theme. Here are the materials that we need, some scissors, some glue, a piece of fabric, some twine, a measuring cup, some beans that I took out my cabinet. I'm using black beans. I love beans, these beans. I love black beans. I love to eat them. So, I'm going to use them in the shaker. And, an actual shaker. It's small in cylinder and not too long. I took this from my granddaughter. This was something that her candy came in. I just stripped off the label. And, it actually have tabs on the end to secure the beans in there. So, we're going to take this and create a small shaker.
