"Hello my name is Denise Robinson on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to create and decorate a picture frame. Okay now I'm going to take my distress frame and I'm going to spray paint it. I'm using a red color and I'm not going to spray paint a lot just enough to give it hints of the red color. It does not matter if the spray paint gets on the cardboard or anything just a little squirt. Just to give it a little squirt. Now if you wanted to give it another little design while it is still wet you can take a piece of crumple paper and just add lines through it as it is drying. This is just one look for a picture frame decoration. "
