"So what we are going to start with is measuring this print, and the size of the matt board. You'll always cut on the back, so I am going to measure this frame which is 20x16. From there, I'll cut this mat board down and the foam board right after that. So what we need for that is your straight cutter that just cuts the outer edges for the frame itself. It will fit perfectly in to there, into your frame. So we'll get the pencil, and measure 16 x 20. Start with the 20" cut."
