"Tool of the trade here you have 2 cutters your babbled cutter and this is your straight cutter. This would cut your straight outer edges. You must have sharp blades to start with you don't want to be changing the blades on these. Then you would need screwdriver, a wire cutter, pliers, and most of all you are going to need measuring devices. With different types of frame you are going to need different materials. With wood frames such as this, you are going to need a screwdriver, you are going to need a drill, and you also need some lids, also you are going to need different size of tape, you are going to need these felt pieces, felt pads for the back of the frame, you are going to need paper for the back of the frame the finish wooden frame uses paper on the back to give it a nice finish look instead like this cause you would be using the staple gun also. Staple it in place and you would need the wire slinky to put across the back."
