"Hi I'm Doug. I work with twenty great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hot Rods, and we're going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. God, this is so cool. Now Tony is going to shoot the sealer. We've got our very nice paint booth. Everything is clean in here. Look how careful Tony is with everything. He's wiping it down just one more time with the tack rag; he's wearing the clean suit, the respirator. The booth is up to temperature. You never want to shoot anything on steel that's less than seventy degrees. You will always have problems if you do. So each of our booths has a heater on it. Tony is going to get the gun hooked up there. He's checked his gun pressure and the spray pattern now to get it just right. And he's going to lay the sealer down on top of the deck lid here. So he has a nice uniform surface to put the paint on. He's got a really fat pattern on there; he's dumping tons of material really fast. The sealer is a fast-drying product, you want to lay it down fast so it doesn't have dry edges on it, you don't end up with over-spray problems. It has slight filling capabilities too, so any little sand scratches that are left will get filled with the sealer."
