"This is Dr. Simcha Shapiro with Expert Village. Now we're going to talk about a osteopathic technique called cranial osteopathy. Cranial osteopathy has a much more common, commonly known derivative which is practiced very often by non osteopaths which is called cranial sacro-therapy. And the basic premise of it is that there are minute motions of the bones of the head and of the, your tailbone which is called the sacrum which produce various changes in pressures and fluid movement within your body. And by, and by treating the rhythm. I'm going to say that again. And by treating using the very subtle cranial rhythm which moves every part of your body, one cane effect very very significant and deep changes but through a very subtle, gentle technique. One of the neat things about this technique is that you can really use it on anybody. No matter how fragile they are, no matter how much pain they're in, you can use this technique and get some really fabulous results. Now we're going to show you how it's done."
