"Hi! My name is Elton Hall and I'm from Texas State Optical in Austin, Texas. I’m here on behalf of Expert Village, and I'm going to show you how to insert and remove contact lenses. After you've taken the contact lens off, you want to make sure that you put it in a clean case. Make sure that your case is clean at all times. Just put it directly in the center. Most of the time when you take the contact lens off they should be on the right side of the contact lens. Take it and just fill up your case. You don't want to put too much solution in here, because what will happen is it'll overflow. Sometimes the contact lens will come out, and when you're getting ready to close it you can actually pinch the contact lens and it'll go to the bottom. Make sure that you fill it up with clean solution at all times, and that's how you do it just like that."
