"Hi! My name is Elton Hall and I'm from Texas State Optical in Austin, Texas. I’m here on behalf of Expert Village, and I'm going to show you how to insert and remove contact lenses. When you're getting ready to take the contact lens out, it doesn't necessarily matter which finger you use. Most of the time, or it’ll be easier for you to hold the eyelids open with the middle fingers and use your index finger so you can move the contact lens with. If you feel uncomfortable like that, do it just like this again. Take it and put your fingertip directly on the contact lens, or you can go in just like that and move it. Most likely, you want to be just like this. Use the middle finger to hold the eyelids open, and that way you have more access to the contact lens by using your right index finger. If you're left handed, you can use your left hand."
