"Hi! My name is Elton Hall and I'm from Texas State Optical in Austin, Texas. I’m here on behalf of Expert Village, and I'm going to show you how to insert and remove contact lenses. If you're having problems blinking a lot, what you want to try to do is make sure that you get all of your eyelashes back just like this. I know for some people it's harder for people who do not have long eyelashes to keep the eyelids open just like that. If you are having problems with it don't get frustrated. You probably will, but try not to. What you want to do is take both eyelashes just like that and pull back. For some people, they have to go closer to the inside of it depending on the shape of the eye. If you have to put it on the inside you can. If not, you can go on the outside of the eye and open up. The best thing to do. I actually try to get directly in the middle because that's where you have most of your room. Just like that and open wide. If you keep blinking just take a break. Give yourself a little break, come back in, and try to reinsert it. Hold it just like that."
