Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Elton Hall and I'm from Texas State Optical in Austin, Texas. I’m here on behalf of Expert Village, and I'm going to show you how to insert and remove contact lenses. The first step in putting in a contact lens. You actually have to put it on the fingertip, which is the easiest movement there and step. What you're going to do is you're going to make sure that you put it directly on top of the fingertip there just like this. Make sure that all of the edges of the contact lens comes up on all sides. You want to make it look in the shape of a little bowl just like that. It'll look just like this. That's the easiest thing to do. Even if you have to move it around a little bit, you can put it a little lower depending on how you want to put the contact lens on yourself. It's a little bit easier if you put it directly to the top of the fingertip just like that."
