"Hi! My name is Elton Hall and I'm from Texas State Optical in Austin, Texas. I’m here on behalf of Expert Village, and I'm going to show you how to insert and remove contact lenses. How you want to take the contact lens out. Actually, you can just go in and scoop it out if you want to. If you're having problems getting the contact lens out. Sometimes it can stick to the bottom of the case. You can actually take you fingertip and wet it down just a little bit with solution. It'll actually help the contact lens a little bit better because your fingertip is wet. You can take it and scoop it out just like that. It makes the contact lens stick on the fingertip a little bit easier and better than just going in and trying to get it directly out."
