But demo reels can be used for dancers even sports people, a lot of different people who want to showcase their ability on DVD or even on the web to show their ability. I've been in front of the camera, I've been behind the camera directing talent and telling what exactly what they need to do. As well as behind the scenes what we call post production, where we edit. All of the excitement that you see on the final DVD, so today what we are really going to be doing is getting inside and how to find the best editor for you. How to pick your best clips and how to really make it exciting so that when you take your demo reel to an agent, manager or casting director they not only look at your demo reel and say "wow this is put together professionally" but the stuff that's on the demo reel is the stuff that you put together.
