DAVID GIBSON: I'm going to continue to make some more marks with my loop tool all the way around my design. Again, I would let this set up a little bit more before I would go in and typically do this. But we'll just make some carving marks through here and hopefully the glaze, when we go ahead to glaze this piece, will pick up on some of our marks. I think that, again, timing is crucial, when you touch the clay and when not to touch the clay. I've got an off-centered spiral with which we're carving through with our loop tool. And hopefully, this will create a little bit of depth when the glaze gets in, runs and pools into some of our marks. So there we go. I think that looks, that looks pretty good. I want to pick out a glaze that's going to emphasize and show our marks but also run and cool and flow and create a little bit of depth in the surface of our piece.
