"Hi! My name is Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. When you're buying an oil, try to find cold pressed. Cold pressed unrefined. This one is organic unrefined and it is not cold pressed. You're getting close. You have to just kind of look them over. Go with the company that you trust. Here's one probably that I would choose. Cold pressed and unrefined, organic. There it is right there, safflower oil. You're going to get what you pay for. This is probably not cheap. This is 8 dollars, a little over 8 dollars. If you're going to be using oils, whether that's for salad dressing or you're going to be cooking, I would highly suggest going with this rather than with a canola oil, which I'm not hearing great things about."
