When you're in transition and you're going from the standard American diet with French fries, burgers and all those heavy things, you want to go to something healthy. It makes sense that you're going to want foods that will help you make that transition. You want to go to a healthier chip. You might go a rice cake. Here's a rice chip. Here's actually healthy popcorn. It hasn't been cooked with oils. Maybe it's organic. Just look on the labels. Read the labels. Spend the time. Take the time. When you go to put gas in your car, you're looking at what octane. Take the time to look at the labels and read what you're actually going to be eating. Look for organic. If there's several names that are 14 letters long and you can't pronounce them, you're probably not going to want that in your body. Rice cakes, that makes sense. Rice chip, corn chip. If you can, stay away from wheat. You're probably going to have problems with wheat, most people do. Again, you can test it for yourself. Do check for fat. You're looking at cooked oils, which are very hard for the body to process. When I looked at the popcorn, I wanted to see if they were air popped, and I found one that was."
