"Hi! My name is Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. When you're looking for nuts and seeds, try to get organic and definitely try to get raw. A lot of companies are going to prepackage. They're going to overly salt them. They're going to roast them. They're not going to be organic. To be honest with you, that's really hard on the body. That's really tough on the body to process. For what I can tell, I believe all of these are raw. I don't see anything that's been salted. I have to check with this one, but I can tell these are raw. Cashew, hazel nuts, macadamia nuts. These are the peanuts, which are really hard to find in raw. These are raw peanuts. For some reason, I think they're something if you're buying traditional peanuts and peanut butters, you're really going to have a hard time with them. If your body isn't already complaining, it will. If you're going to do peanuts, try and do. They're expensive and they're worth if you really are wanting to put peanuts into your diet. There are other nuts as well."
