on 8/2/2008 these videos do nothing to educate the consumer about what the nutritional value of these fruits and vegetables are and how they are more healthy to the body. the "expert" gives only general and vague adviice about the foods. i thought these could have been much more indepth.

"Hi! My name is Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. These are beets. The only suggestion I would make here is if you find them separate that's fine. I actually do use beets a lot in salads. The only thing I would say is if you can find them with the tops still on, you're going to have a little more life and more vitamin content because they're fresher. Anytime you cut off the tops, they're going to be in the process of dying a little too soon, for me anyway. If you find them this way that's fine. Look for them with the tops on. Same as carrots. We have some watercress. This beautiful. Real nice. I like to add this as an accent in my salad. I've heard a lot of good things about the nutritional value in watercress as well. I like the flavor personally. It's really nice."
