"Hi! My name is Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. I want to go ahead and let you know too that fruits and vegetables are really important for your diet. Why? Because they're goof for the body. In this case, we're going to try our best to keep them raw. If you want to go ahead and steam or cook them lightly that's wonderful, but they've not the nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and everything you need for your body. When you pick up that can of whatever, the box, or some Styrofoam container with whatever in it, you know you're really missing out. You're not going to be able to get the nutrients that you need for you body. As you can see, everything is so colorful and beautiful. That should tell your something right there. Something that's bee cooked, overly processed, and who knows what's in it, it's not going to good for you. You can just tell and smell, these beautiful smells. Of course, you can't, so take my word for it. Everything is absolutely beautiful and really appetizing. That's the way our bodies are built. We can see color for a reason. We're going to continue now and go ahead and look at this cauliflower. I'm going to go ahead and pick up a couple here. Three of these are absolutely beautiful. This one is more like the 3 that are there. This to me is beautiful. I would pick this one right here. The color is nice. It look nice and fresh. I just wanted to bring this one up just in comparison that if you were cooking a soup or something that would be fine, but I would not prefer this one myself personally because I try to do raw. Cauliflower, by the way, is a little difficult to digest, so I like to cut it very thin. Just my preference. We've got some zucchini. Again, I would use this. This is ready to go, it's perfectly firm, nice color. You're looking for things like soft spots. If it's just not holding up very well, then you're going to know that it's old or it was dropped and damaged in some way. This is amazing for organic to be this size. Usually they're smaller, so that's nice."
