"I'm Candi Cane Canncel with Expert Village. In this clip I'm going to show you how to do inseam pockets. What an inseam pocket is it's a pocket that's on the seam of a garment that you don't actually see. So you can either use it in a skirt or a dress or in pants and from the outside you can't even see it, it's all hidden on the inside. So the first thing we're going to do is actually make our pattern it's a rounded pocket and it's large enough to accommodate your hand and to actually hold something. You can make it larger or if you just want it smaller probably it wouldn't be to much smaller than this but you're welcome to make it even larger than that. So what I'm going to do is take this inseam pocket and actually trace one that is going to be just a little bit larger so that it can accommodate my hand. I'm just going to put it on a piece of paper and the first thing I'm going to do is the seam line."
