"I'm Candi Cane Canncel with Expert Village. Then just go around and measure a half inch all the way around and this is going to be your seam allowance. This is a fairly large seam allowance but it's going to make it a lot easier for you to iron it and fold it under. Once you have your pattern cut out your pattern (cutting pattern) so once you have your pocket pattern cut out, we're going to go ahead and cut it out of the fabric. "
