on 1/9/2009 "Shout" was mentioned but there was no explanation of how it was used. There were no details on the actual painting of a t-shirt other than making a hand print. There was no mention of how to set the paint and how to care for the the paint. Too much missing in this demo. Not good.

"GRACE FRAGA: All right then, we're back with Chantelle Tibbs teaching us how to hand paint a T-shirt. And now, the fun part is going to start, and I can't wait. Chantelle, teach me. CHANTELLE TIBBS: Okay, now, this is really fun. I picked a really literal design as well. We're hand painting so this is one of the designs I have of two handprints. So this is a fun one. We get to do it. I'm going to actually choose two colors. I'm going to use a light blue, and I'm going to use a--let's see. Let's see. I'm so against orange right now. GRACE FRAGA: You know what, I love orange. Well, if you feel weird... CHANTELLE TIBBS: No. GRACE FRAGA: ...let's do it then. CHANTELLE TIBBS: No. Let's do it. Let's do it. We're going to do orange and light blue. Besides, this is a different brand of paint that I had... GRACE FRAGA: Oh. CHANTELLE TIBBS: ...of the orange, yeah. I have this fiasco but this paint was like it didn't dry and it was all over the place. Everything I was explaining with the shout and the... GRACE FRAGA: Oh, yeah, shout it out. She was shouting it out, all right. CHANTELLE TIBBS: Uh-huh. GRACE FRAGA: Well, great. So you're going to paint my hands, and can I do like the Hollywood thing? CHANTELLE TIBBS: Yes. GRACE FRAGA: And maybe put my name underneath, how about that? CHANTELLE TIBBS: You want to do that? GRACE FRAGA: Yeah! CHANTELLE TIBBS: That sounds great! GRACE FRAGA: Okay. CHANTELLE TIBBS: Okay! GRACE FRAGA: Let's do it. CHANTELLE TIBBS: Cool. All right, so now, I'm going to use the sponges. GRACE FRAGA: Okay. CHANTELLE TIBBS: This design, this particular design actually is going to require a fine brush, and it's going to require a sponge so we get to use everything. GRACE FRAGA: Ooh. CHANTELLE TIBBS: And I'm going to use two different sponges for this one. First thing I'm going to do is apply. Now, again, you're gonna--okay, we'll start with orange. GRACE FRAGA: I know you're allergic to orange. CHANTELLE TIBBS: So you... GRACE FRAGA: Maybe we can do one orange hand and the other one blue? CHANTELLE TIBBS: Oh, that's exactly what we're going to do, yeah. GRACE FRAGA: Yeah. Oh we're so connected. CHANTELLE TIBBS: We're totally connected. GRACE FRAGA: Wow. CHANTELLE TIBBS: I have wet wipes. Make sure she wipes her hand again... GRACE FRAGA: Okay. CHANTELLE TIBBS: ...'cause you want to make sure that you're not--painted hands and paints all over the shirt. If you want that, you want that, it's cool. But... GRACE FRAGA: How soon do you have to take it off before it starts drying and then you have an orange hand? CHANTELLE TIBBS: Oh, no, no. You're good. It'll eventually... GRACE FRAGA: You're good. CHANTELLE TIBBS: You'll watch it peel off as you're washing it. GRACE FRAGA: Okay. Oh, good, okay. CHANTELLE TIBBS: So we're going to start with this hand. I'm just going to ahead and put... GRACE FRAGA: Ooh, this is like--I feel like a kid. CHANTELLE TIBBS: I know. This is fun... GRACE FRAGA: Ooh, nice. CHANTELLE TIBBS: ...'cause this is like such a kindergarten design. GRACE FRAGA: I know. Should we do it maybe like here or so it doesn't...? CHANTELLE TIBBS: Yeah, it won't go over. GRACE FRAGA: Oh, okay. She's good. I would probably have splashed it all over. Guys, this is a lot of fun. Getting your hand all messed up. I love it. CHANTELLE TIBBS: Yes, I love it. It's one of my favorite. There you go! GRACE FRAGA: Okay, now I get... CHANTELLE TIBBS: Put it on there! GRACE FRAGA: I want to make sure. Now, if I roll my hand maybe a little bit and just push down. Okay. CHANTELLE TIBBS: Okay, lift up. I could see it work this time. GRACE FRAGA: Yeah. CHANTELLE TIBBS: Oh, yeah. GRACE FRAGA: Ooh, look at that. CHANTELLE TIBBS: Yeah. GRACE FRAGA: That is awesome."
