"Hi, my name is Charlie Labarda. I'm here with Expert Village, to talk about beginning archery. Now I'm going to show you on the sitting position. I have a seat; same position my angle or my target is. With me; I put my left knee down. Some people will put their right knee down. I put my left knee down because it's more comfortable for me. It's almost the same thing as sitting up; sitting up, sitting down. Just pointing, seeing, looking at your target. This is the position I will shoot my target if I have to sit down on some of my target. I will put my bow on top of my thigh to position it; to look at my target, or here at this position, or sometimes; I will go in the end of the chair, and try to put more of my knee down, so I can get more comfortable, or one knee up. I put my bow up to my knee so I can be ready to pull the target, and then what I do is pull my bow back, and see if that's my comfortable position. This looks like a good comfortable position for me."
