"Hi, my name is Charlie Labarda. I'm here with Expert Village, to talk about beginning archery. Now we will talk about our stance. I will stand pretty much; part of my body just facing a little bit at an angle. My feet position; it's just a normal stance where I'm comfortable that I've got my balance. You notice how I'm holding my bow. My shoulder is pointing almost at the target. Find your comfortable stance. There's many stances; it's just depending on the target. Some targets will require you to kneel down. With your stance; depending on what kind of equipment you have on your rest; mine has a safety on my rest, so I can either hold it down; I don't have to worry about my arrow falling off, or I can hold it against my thigh, or just this position."
