"Hi, my name is Chemin Alldredge. I'm a third degree Black Belt and I'm here with Expert Village. Today we are to be going over women's beginning self defense. Alright, as women, we always need to be prepared in life. When you leave a grocery store, or any type of store, especially if it's late at night, always be prepared. Always have your keys out, ready to go into your vehicle, because you never know who's around. Keys are a great weapon for self defense. I always have my keys out, every time I leave a store. But if an attacker does decide to attack you while you are getting into your car, always have your key handy. A key is great because it has that sharp point. If you use it correctly, it can do some damage. So if my attacker comes, I can always hit him right into the stomach. You can take your key, holding it nice and firm and hitting right into the neck or the groin area. Your keys are very effective. You can even just use it if an attacker holds you and you want him to go away. You can hit him right into the stomach, right here. Or just say, if they are getting a little bit too close, you can take it and push it right into their side to get them to back off, knowing that it's a little bit dangerous. Then always, you want to make sure that if you attack them there, you can always palm heel up with your keys. It's always recommended to always keep your keys on hand."
