"Hi, my name is Chemin Alldredge. I'm a third degree Black Belt and I'm here with Expert Village. Today we are to be going over women's beginning self defense. Alright, the next common way that an attacker can attack you, especially on women, is the hair because it's an easy target. My opponent is going to grab my hair. What you are going to do is, you are going to take both hands and you're going to hold onto the grip, because you don't want him to rip out your hair and cause any pain. What I'm going to do is, as he grabs my hair, I'm going to come twist up in upwards motion, loosening that grip. As he loosens, I'm going to kick to the knee or to the stomach or to the groin area. Alright, as my attacker is going to attack once again to the back, I'm taking both hands, holding a nice firm grip. They are not going to realize what happens. Then you can twist up and over, bringing them to loosen that grip. Kick in to the knee, to the groin or to the side. Alright, and we are going to do it one more time, a little bit faster. Here we go.
