"Hi. My name is Chemin Alldredge. I'm a third degree Black Belt and I'm here with Expert Village. Today we are to be going over women's beginning self defense. Alright, our next attack is going to be a double shirt grab. My attacker is going to attack me. I'm going to kick or knee to loosen up the grip. I'm going to come over and twist out and then elbow to the face. Alright, so breaking it down. My attacker is going to attack me. What I'm going to do is, I'm going to knee to the groin area or kick depending on how close they are. Usually, they'll be very close, so you'll want to knee. I'm going to take my arm, I'm going to lift it, and I'm going to weave it into both hands, between the hands and I'm going to grab. Now my hand is here. I'm going to take my opposite hand and I'm going to hold it. What I'm doing instead of...you don't want to pull this way, because you have no leverage to pull and he's going to just keep going with you. This hand is a stopping point, when you pull it, your hands are pushing his arms away. And as you are pushing away, you are going to do it in a motion where you are going to come all the way down, keeping your hands together. Once again, then you are going to be elbowing to the face. So, once again, he's going to grab. You are going to come around, through the double arms, clasping both hands together. Using your hand as leverage, you're pulling away and elbowing to the face. Once again, my attacker is going to attack me, I'm going to knee, twist, come around and elbow."
