"Hi. My name is Chemin Alldredge. I'm a third degree Black Belt and I'm here with Expert Village. Today we are to be going over women's beginning self defense. Alright, my attacker is going to attack me. It's going to be called what we call a single choke hold. I'm going to take my arm, hold it nice and tight and I'm going to spin hit. Going all the way around, I'm going to grab my other hand, striking straight to the face and then doing a side kick to the knee or to the groin depending on where they face you. As my attacker attacks, holding my hand nice and strong, spinning, hitting it out of the way, striking up to the face, making sure that you are turning your wrist when you hit. Then you'll be following up with a side kick. Alright, my attacker is going to attack me. I'm being choked, I need to get out quickly. I want to stay calm. I'm going to come around, you're going to hit and then you are going to run away. "
