"Hi. My name is Chemin Alldredge. I'm a third degree Black Belt and I'm here with Expert Village. Today we are going to be going over women's beginning self defense. Alright, another way your opponent might attack you is to the neck. So, my attacker is going to hold me in a double choke. I'm going to take my two fingers and I'm going to thrust it right into his Adam's Apple, and I'm going to push away. I always want to follow up. I'm going to kick and then I'm going to run away. What you are going to do is take your two fingers, twist them together and you'll put them right up into the neck and then you are going to push. You can even do this on yourself so you realize where you are hitting on that lung capacity and just pushing right in. Alright I'm going to take my two fingers, I'm going to twist them and I'm going to put them right here into that dip of the neck. Then you are going to just push back until they loosen their grip. My attacker is going to attack me, I'm going to push onto the throat, I'm going to kick and then I'm going to run away. "
