"Hi. My name is Chemin Alldredge. I'm a third degree Black Belt and I'm here with Expert Village. Today we are going to be going over women's beginning self defense. Alright, now we are going to be going over another method to use our legs. We are going to go over our front kick and our knee. A front kick if your opponent is farther away and the are coming towards you. You can thrust your leg out and go straight for the groin. You can hit to the knee. With a front kick, because it is a harder kick to thrust out there, I would recommend hitting to the stomach or to the groin. If your opponent is closer, you want to grab your opponent and use your knee. If your knee is here so you don't have to extend your leg all the way. Your front kick, you want to bring up and then you are going to kick. When you kick, you want to make sure that you kick with the ball of your foot, pulling all of your toes back so you don't break any of your toes. Never kick straight on with your toes because you'll end up hurting yourself instead of your attacker. Always kick with the ball of your foot. With your knee, you want to make sure that your knee, bring it all the way up. And if you have any, hold on to your opponent so that you can control and thrust your knee into your attacker. "
