"Hi. My name is Chemin Alldredge. I'm a third degree Black Belt and I'm here with Expert Village. Today we are going to be going over women's beginning self defense. Alright, now that we went over our palm heels and our elbows, we want to go over what we can use with our legs. Side kicks are a great method to use. Women, when you are wearing heels, this works out perfectly (you'll have the heel). What you are doing is you are taking your leg, you are pulling it in and you are kicking. When you hit your opponent, you are going to be hitting with the heel of your foot. So, if you have heels on, even better. So I'm going to bring out my assistant again. You don't have to kick high, kicking low is great. If my opponent is here, you can always kick him to the knee. If he is coming towards me, you can kick into the groin, or if you have flexibility, you can always kick right into the stomach. The knee way is pretty good if they are facing into you. You want to kick in straight to the knee, breaking that knee cap and letting you run away. Alright and from a different angle, you are going to want to hit straight to the knee or straight to the groin, making sure that you turn your hip and push your leg out. "
