"Hi. My name is Chemin Alldredge. I'm a third degree Black Belt and I'm here with Expert Village. Today we are going to be going over women's beginning self defense. A second great way to use against your attacker is your elbow. Your elbow is one of your strongest parts of your body because it's all bone. My attacker is going to come again. You can use your elbows in different ways. You can thrust up with your elbow, or you can hit in. This is great if your attacker is really close and you can't get a punch in there, you want to use your elbow. You can use your elbow to strike to the face. You can use your elbow to strike there. Once again, if you are lower, you can use it to the abdomen or to the groin area. You will also be able to take your elbow, if your attacker is on the side and they are here, you can also use it to stab to the stomach behind you. So, your elbow is one of your strongest. You won't hurt yourself using your elbow. I always recommend it as a first method for self defense. Alright, and then a great way once again is to use your elbow to the side. Taking your elbow, you can use your other hand and push it into your opponent. "
