"So, before you begin your sandcastle, you want to make sure to take all of the safety precautions necessary. When you come out on the beach, be sure to look out for sharp glass, rocks, large objects that you may injure yourself on. It's also very important to make sure that you bring sunscreen. Out in the heat, you want to make sure you wear the proper protective clothing, whether it's shirts, or sunglasses, or a hat, along with your sunscreen. You want to make sure you're protected from the heat. One of the most important things is to stay hydrated while you're out at the beach. When you're out running around and playing, having fun you got to make sure you're drinking lots of water because you could get sun stroke. It's very dangerous, so make sure you keep yourself cool. When you can, go off into the shade, if you have time. And just make sure that you drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated. It's the most important thing. It's also a good idea to bring a snack. Here, I brought myself a sandwich. Make sure you keep food in you, and you're not hungry while you're out at the beach for the day."
