"Hi, my name is Jessica Rose and I’m speaking on behalf of Expert Village, and here today to give you some Gothic tips on how to look and dress Gothic. Next I’m going to talk to you about our next fashion tip and that tip is that you need to invest in at least one really good coat. Now what I mean by a coat, is say it’s cold out one day and you have this great Gothic outfit on and you can’t find a coat that will go with it and so you grab this short length jean jacket, it’s not going to look very good is it? It’s going to ruin your Gothic outfit; it’s not going to go very well together. So when you are investing in a good coat you want to make sure that it goes with the Gothic look, and what I mean by that is you want to make sure that the coat is long and dark, those are the two main things you want to be looking for. So I’m going to show you a couple of examples, first of all I’m going to go with this one I’m putting on right now, and this is a great coat, keeps you warm but the most important part is that it looks Gothic and the reason is it’s pretty long, it’s about mid length and it’s black leather and it buttons up and gives it that dark look and it’s black. If you’re going to vary it, you can get it in a little bit longer, even down to past your knees or down to the floor as long as you’re not stepping on it and I’m going to give you a few variations. You can also, this is more of a men’s jacket, but perfect for our, the men Gothic look, got a long black cashmere jacket, it looks great and you can also get it in different materials like velvet just make sure that you stay with the dark color, you don’t want to have this bright yellow or orange coat it you’re going to go with the Gothic look. And you can accessorize it a bit with the fake fur, fake fur collar, detachable, or you can buy one with fake fur on it already. And this is how it looks, gives it an extra, extra look to it. So once again, make sure that you get at least one good coat that you can wear, that you can accessorize with the rest of your outfits. I would recommend black if you’re just going to get one because it will go the most with all your other outfits and that’s it. Thank you very much. "

on 3/12/2009 Hey Jessica!
Your videos are great, they helped me out a lot. However, do you think you could do a few vidios on the male gothic look? Products and stuff are harder to find when you're a guy. Thanks!
