"Hi! My name is Courtney on behalf of Expert Village and in this clip I'm going to show you how to make a heart necklace using tissue paper. We are going to start with our pink construction paper and a stencil. We are going to trace the heart, then we are going to cut it out. Once I have cut it out we are going to punch a hole in the top and now we are ready to put our tissue paper on there. We are going to cut our tissue paper into squares and we are going to take each square wrapped around the bottom of the pen and we are going to glue it on our heart. We are going to do this over and over until our heart patter in completely covered. Once our heart is completely covered we can trim it up a little bit to make sure that it looks like a heart and not sticking out further on one side then the other. We can also kind of trim the top of it if some of our pieces are sticking up to far and then we are going to take a piece of yarn and we are going to thread it through the hole that we punched. We are going to tie a knot at the end and now we have our heart necklace. "
