"O'kay we have got our needle and our thread and what we are going to do is we are actually going to start through the inside and that way we don't have our knot hanging out here. We are going to puncture through the velcro and pull our needle through and you see that knot catches it right there so we are not messing with that the hole time and we are going to go up and it is a little bit difficult to get it through the velcro and that is why I say to get a somewhat thicker needle and we are going to go back to our original starting point, pulling it through and you see you have got one tiny little red line and this is great and then I am going to go a little bit to the side and I want my crosses and our floats to be underneath and I don't want them to show on the outside too much and we are going to go down and go ahead and stick that through, push it and get it out whichever way you can. There we go and then just stick that through there and you can sew it on as many times as you like. I am thinking that is going to be enough for me. There is adhesive on this this is just an extra precaution. Pull the thread tight on both ends and you see we have really only got two stitches but since we are here we are going to take this and we are going to tie it in a knot and there we go. Just do that a few more times and you have got that good and sewn on and it won't come off."
