"Okay, so you may be wondering what we are going to do with this piece right here and for added strength we are going to sew across here. You see I have this plastic needle. These are bent but you can also find them that are not bent but they are just really big plastic needles. Sometimes they are called tapestry needles and sometimes they are referred to as children?s' sewing needles for kids' yarn projects. What we are going to do is we are going to take our yarn and it is very easy to get it through this large whole and stick it right through there and we are just going to tie a knot around it and we are just going to pull our yarn through and this can be very difficult and it will take a little bit of tension awareness. And if you like instead of doing all the floats which you just did if you don't like this you can sew like this all the way around your handle, it is really up to you. I just like the floats for the strength. Okay, so we are going to stick our needles through and we take it to the other side and we are just going to pull and go ahead and pull a really good amount at first and then we can detach from our ball of yarn so we are not working with so much and we have got it started. Now what I like to do once we have this is get this through here and I'm just going to go really quickly really small back through here on the other side, pull this all the way through. If you have any knots just go ahead and pull them out and work them out. Okay, once this is on this side I like to tie it off and make a knot real quick before I do any more sewing so just take your yarn and do this a couple more times and we will crochet that in a little bit later which I would like to make that first knot just to get my yarn attached so we can sew into this a little bit more."
