"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Barbara Coradin with Energy Fitness in New York City and today I'm going to show you how to train for a marathon. So when you set out to compete in a marathon there is a few things you need know when you are building your training schedule. There is 3 different types of running paces; there is a easy pace which means a pace that you run when you are able to have a conversion, let's say with a fellow runner next to you that is your easy pace. So you want to combine your schedules so they include all 3. "
