"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Barbara Coradin with Energy Fitness in New York City and today I'm going to show you how to train for a marathon. So when you set out to compete in a marathon there is a few things you need know when you are building your training schedule. There is 3 different types of running paces; there is a easy pace which means a pace that you run when you are able to have a conversion, let's say with a fellow runner next to you that is your easy pace. You should not be able to speak if you are speaking than you're doing it wrong and the 3rd one is the marathon pace which is about a mile faster than a easy pace. So you want to combine your schedules so they include all 3. "
