"If you want to do if you want to start out in pottery I would suggest finding the closes community college in your area. You can take a class each semester for as many semesters as you want and for a small fee they have keels, they have gas keels, they have all of your materials and I have known people who have taken a class in pottery 2 semester a year for 10 years because that way they don't have to buy a keel. So as you can see I took a little bit of access clay off the bottom, take a little bit more because it would be easier to trim and that's a nice size little cereal bowl because it will shrink. It will shrink about 12% because we fire it twice."
