"Hi, I'm Brenda F. Dixon owner of Life Help Now and we're here with Expert Village. We're talking about how to overcome anger. There a related component of anger that I'd like to bring into play today. One of the best ways to overcome anger is to stay away from hot tempered, frustrated, angry people. And I'm talking about people that are really hot heads. Because, what happens is when you are with a person that is truly a hot head, that just will flare really quick in your face, you begin to act like that person. You begin to take on that same behavior. So it is very important - Just stay away from them, just stay away. I mean it's nice, you can just be congenially with them, you can be gentle with them, but just don't associate with them on a higher level. Just stay away from them. You'll begin to know that you are protecting yourself and you're actually helping the other person. So, another component is to just not associate with people that are hot heads."
