"Hi! I'm Brenda F. Dixon and I am a licensed clinical social worker here with Expert Village. We are talking about how to overcome anger. We've talked about what to do when you are in front of someone that is angry and now we are talking about how the person inside overcomes anger. The more that you know about a subject, the less amount of anger you have. So to overcome anger, get educated about your subject. If you are working on a car, get educated about it. If you are writing a book, get educated by it. If you are learning to put a diaper on, get educated about it. The more education that you have, the more that you will be able to overcome anger. Anger comes from being frustrated of not knowing what you are doing. So when you get really equipped of handling a situation, anger is gone. There is no anger. So it is very important to look at what you are working on and get really really confident that you know what you are talking about or what you are doing or what you are working on so that anger doesn't creep in on you. That is one of the components in overcoming anger. "
