"hi there on behalf of expert village.com my name is Candace Copeland and were going to be pointing out a little bit more on this rawhide art that I developed and the ones I have decorated fully these are chicken feathers very beautiful chicken feathers again some human hair doing the braiding an arrow now this particular piece my husband and I worked together on a lot of our art work and he makes full size shields so he decided to start making the small ones replicas of so he made this, this is a crow shield and a nice little arrow head and you can turn this over oh not crow sorry Cheyenne from 1870 you can find these their all researched I do all the little miniature shields as well and getting them smaller just so we don't lose the art of what it is all the different designs and shields that the plains Indian used during their life time and then we come over to this piece same face again very young looking man beautiful human hair just I love this piece his necklace has actual turtle claws in it because as I mention earlier the piece that I?m using here the fellow the pacuna braves name was turtle so I?ll either sometimes mold a turtle such as i have done here into the hide or I?ll include actual turtle claws into his necklace just to kind of give that full honoring to him for what he was again another one ended up deciding to frame these because some people really love to have that frame it just work for them better they fell its more of an art piece so the framing you can do it either framed or free form which ever its totally up to the place you have to put it and how much room you have to go with it so these are all again as I said all form the same mold"
