So what you want to do to attach it, is to take the part that doesn't have the Velcro and actually put that face down to the back of your bag. You're going to line it up and then go ahead and pin. Once you've pinned it straight you're ready to go and run a stitch right along the very top. So after you've run a stitch along, then you're ready to close your bag.
