"Hi, I'm Candi Cane Canncel with Expert Village. So in this clip we're going to go over interfacing for our pillow. So because we are using an actual fabric that frays a lot even though it's an upholstery fabric and it does have some thickness, it's a lot better if you interface the back. It will just make it sturdier, so you take your fabric and make sure it's really wrinkle free. So just give it just a quick little iron and then you take a piece of interfacing. This is an iron on interfacing you also can get sewn on interfacing but I think the iron on is so much easier. So make sure to figure out which side is the side with the glue and usually that is the rougher side. Cause you don't want to make the mistake of ironing the wrong side because this will stick to your iron and it's so hard to get off. So you place it down on to your fabric, just smooth it out and go ahead and run your iron. What I like to do is just give it a light iron around the edges just to kind of hold it down, then just go really ahead and press it hard. You want to make sure that you iron it enough to give your glue a chance to heat up and then it's going to heat to your fabric. Once that is done now it's ready to create your design for our fun appliquéd pillow."

on 3/31/2009 Hello. My name is Paula. I´m sewing a toy and I need a stretching interfacing like the video. Do someone know what´s the name for that kind of interfacing? And where could I buy it? Thank you!!
