"Hi! I'm Alana Pratt, your sexy mom expert, and I want to talk to you about the importance if being with nourishing friends. Not the ones that man bash, gossip, and you might get all riled up with them, but you really lower your vibration and you don't come home being the woman you want to be. Now, I'm talking about those girlfriends that you can be a little naughty with. You can explore your sensuality with. You know that author Sark, she says eat mangos naked. Now, go for it, but if that's a little risky for you just get the chocolate out. Get a bottle of wine out, get the music on, lie around on the couches together, and just talk about something positive. Talk about what was challenging this week but how did it serve you. Don't get all Pollyanna about it, but every challenge is here to serve us, to expand us, to help us grow. Have these kind of conversations where you really talk about how magnificent it is to be alive, even though it might be challenging or you might be scared or you might be lonely. Use your girlfriends to nourish that part of you that I swear he's not supposed to nourish. He's great for other things, but girlfriends are there to really remind you who you are, fill you up so you go home already overflowing to that lover, to that husband, to your beautiful children."
