"Hey! It's Alana Pratt, your sexy mom expert. Today we're going to talk about the need for mom to delegate and ask for help. Remember before the kids we had 8 hours to sleep and 8 hours to primp, but now we've got so much on our plate. I want you to consider how can you carve out maybe 1 hour for yourself, 2 hours for yourself. We all have 24 hours. We need to make time for us. You know how we like to go grocery shopping, it's like a habit. Did you know that you can shop online? Maybe you're not going to get the exact head of lettuce you would of chosen yourself, but if you do that you're going to save yourself an hour. Here's another thing. I don't know if you love to do laundry, but I could take it or leave it. There's 14 year old girl down the road who I hired to come in and do my laundry, fold it, and put it away. It's teaching her to have a part-time job and it gives me an hour. I swear that one hour I hop into the bath, I go for a walk, I write in my journal, I sleep. I swear when I pick up my child or when my boyfriend comes home, I am a different woman because I took that hour for me. I want you to be willing to delegate and ask for help. Fill yourself up so you are the true woman that you really are, a radiant creature, so you can be who you want to be for the ones you love."
