"Hey! It's Alana Pratt, your sexy mom expert and our tip today is take time to feel. Moms, so many times we just run, run, run, do, do, do, and we've got the kids handled, the husband handled, the job handled, the house handled, but how are we? I really encourage you to take some time to feel. Get in that bathtub tonight and see if there's some tears that need to come up and just let them out, because underneath them is really some wisdom of things that you really might need to let go of and some things you might really need to start doing. Maybe there's some anger in you, something you're really pissed off about. Instead, I don't want you to take it out and be inpatient with the kids or snap at the husband. I want you to literally get a pillow and just start smacking it and get the anger out because again, underneath that anger it's trying to tell you something. It might again, be telling you to say no to those obligations that somebody asked you to do so you can say yes to yourself, to your family, to your lover, to yourself, to your girlfriend. Alright, so I want you to take time to feel. It's okay to cry. You're not an emotional historical woman. It's actually a gift for wisdom and intuition."
