"Hi, welcome back to Expert Village. Now what we are going to do is we are kind of done with the calf right now. We have warmed it up, we have done our techniques to relieve any type of tensions. We have stretched it, we pull on it, we brought it back to life. Now we are going to kind of mess around with the part that is really really the problem some of the time. It is the shin. Pretty much everything in the front see this side does not have to much muscles. There is a lot of bones here so the shin is pretty much the lateral part of the front part of your leg. So what we are going to do all we are going to do is apply pressure to it. Remember; pressure release, pressure release, pressure release, pressure release, pressure release. If someone has a bad knee you can not really do that. You want to kind of just take your hand and kind of cuff it and lift up, lift up, just lift up, lift up, just lift up. That would relieve some of that pressure if not then go back to the calf doing most of the work and you shin trying to kind of protect itself. So it is very important to end with something that kind of focus on the leg muscles."
